"Absolutely beautiful spot with lovely food. I couldn't recommend this place enough. We had the oyster appetizer (Virginia oysters, small, but sweet), the ahi nachos (SO delicious, always a favorite), a stuffed sole and the shrimp and crab risotto. The local chardonnays were lovely, and the food and view were absolutely fabulous. Watching the sun set over the beach while eating dinner was memorable."

"Overall, my experience was great! I ordered porterhouse medium well. Initially when the food first came out it was rare. It was sent back to the kitchen to get finished off when it returned, Half of it was still rare. The staff did an amazing job working to deliver what was ordered. The kitchen manager decided that the original steak was ruined. He made sure to to get a new porterhouse and then the kitchen manager cooked it himself. I didn't want any food to go to waste, so the staff in the back enjoyed the rest of the original steak. When I say that I really enjoyed my steak, I mean it. Yes it looks basic, but this is what is allowed on my diet. Just the steak. It was delicious! The reason why I graded Vista steak and seafood with five stars is because of the staff. They took care of me and the food was delicious! I will definitely return next time I am in town again. Thank you"

"Amazing food and service! Started with calmari then I ordered the rib eye steak which was cooked to perfection. Lemon Drop was refreshing. Finished with creme brulee. Everything was on point. I highly recommend making a reservation. Great place for date night or birthday celebrations."

"5 stars. What a spot! Came for the ocean views and stayed for the food. The grilled steak was perfectly cooked—juicy, great char, with those killer veggies and a loaded baked potato that hit the spot. Shrimp tacos were fresh and flavorful (love the microgreens and crema topping), and the pesto-crusted salmon was light but packed with taste—perfect over the couscous with roasted veggies. Service was attentive without being pushy, and the bluff views of the Pacific made everything feel special. Solid portion sizes too—no one left hungry. Definitely coming back next time in Pismo. Highly recommend!"

"The views from this restaurant cannot be beaten. Regardless of the name (this location has changed hands at least 3 times in the last 20 years) we have always taken out-of-town guests here to eat and watch the sunset. This visit did not disappoint! We had reservations and the best seat in the house- the north corner window for two. We were greeted by Dutch who took our drink order. This is a hard working young man who I hope gets noticed by his manager and gets a promotion to server. Next was Priscilla, also wonderful, who answered menu and special questions. Warm sourdough and butter came to the table right away. We had the French onion soup (very good) and the special crab stuffed sole which we shared and paid for two plates. This was surprisingly bland. We didn’t even taste the crab. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and the plating was beautiful. The fresh raspberry sorbet was a perfect follow up to this meal. We will be back."

"Came up to Pismo for a day trip and to get away for a little while and found a diamond restaurant!! We were greeted and sat by wonderful Ms. Riley who was so sweet and helpful. Our waitress Ms. Megan was such a joy to talk with and she was so attentive and helpful with the menu! We started our meal with duck tacos absolutely indescribably delicious, multiple flavors and robust duck moist and tender. Crab cakes and phenomenal oysters Rockefeller, another undescribably delicious dish. The food was 10/10 delectable perfectly put together and absolutely beautiful. Nothing we ordered needed anything whatsoever as it was cooked to perfection. As our main course, I had a shrimp and scallop lobster risotto that was so incredibly creamy and well-balanced in flavor and seasoning. Definitely, the best risotto I have had to date. Alongside of a classic fish and sweet potato chip dish. The fish was cooked to perfection thick, tender, perfect texture, perfectly seasoned. There were zero traces of oil from the fry. The Chef Sallo was a five star delight for our meal tonight. Ms.Megan and Ms. Riley overheard that it was our anniversary and surprised us with a beautiful lava cake topped with fresh berries. So beautiful, nowhere near overpoweringly sweet, absolutely balanced and delicious phenomenally paired with theor delicious cappuccino. This was definitely a treat that we cannot wait to enjoy again."

"Absolutely AMAZING MEAL. Rack of Lamb, Cioppino, Fish & Chips. Outstanding service staff. Wish I remember our waiters name. He was on point. 2:30-4:30 today. Will definitely be back. This was my second visit. Third visit Jan 4, have had 3 amazing meals over the past few weeks. Every time it has been a great experience. Tonight's dinner was no exception. Our server Michael was wonderful, and our family enjoyed the entire meal. Steaks, pork chops, fish & chips, hamburger everything was great. Thank you for wonderful time."
